What does "upcycled" mean?

Upcycling means taking pre-loved or discarded materials and giving them new life through creative reuse. I repurpose second-hand textiles - like old clothing, fabric remnants, or vintage finds - to craft high quality, fashion-forward accessories that are both stylish and sustainable.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, I only ship to mainland UK - excluding Northern Ireland. 

Any orders placed for delivery outside of mainland UK will be cancelled and a full refund issued.

How long will my order take to arrive? 

All items are dispatched with 1-2 days, and are sent via Royal Mails 48hour tracked service. You will be notified once Royal Mail has your package so you will know when to expect it. 

Where do you source your materials?

I source items for repurposing from charity shops and donations. Where possible I try to find items that no longer serve their original purpose; stained t-shirts, ripped jeans and thread bare shirts are otherwise destined for landfill, so giving them a new lease of life in an entirely different garment saves on the huge impact that textile waste has on the environment. 

How should I care for my item?

Each item is made from different materials, but generally, I recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and avoiding machine washing. Care instructions are included with your order. 

When do you release new items?

New products are released regularly and you can stay ahead by joining the newsletter to get announcements of drops, sneak peeks and exclusive discounts. You can also follow @alicejenny
